Metal Coffee Table with a Glass Top
Photographed in Safavieh's Photo Studio
Capturing and editing the glass coffee table posed several technical difficulties, mainly due to its highly reflective glass surface and white metal frame. During the photography stage, the most significant challenge was managing the lighting, as getting it right would help avoid overexposure of the reflective glass top, the white-painted metal, and the background. For certain angles, like the top-down shot, my assistant temporarily removed the glass panel on set. The table's frame was then carefully positioned on a paper towel, while I stood on an apple box to reach the correct height. Fortunately, my post-production process resolved the glass issue by using Photoshop to composite the glass onto the table's frame.
The carousel of images includes both edited and raw shots of the coffee table. The perspectives featured are a front view, a leg view, a three-quarter view, and a top view.
