White Couture Barstool

This exquisite couture barstool, a highlight from one of Safavieh's premium luxury lines, presented specific photographic challenges inherent to its design, featuring both pristine white fabric and highly reflective steel legs. Overcoming the typical difficulties amateur photographers face with such elements, a professional approach was that I have was implemented, starting with Capture One's advanced tools to precisely identify and manage overexposure on the white upholstery. For the reflective metallic legs, I strategically placed the white boards and controlled lighting to bounce the light effectively, ensuring optimal surface detail and preventing undesirable reflections.

Further refinement was meticulously executed in Photoshop, involving precise clip masking of the product, subtle liquify to perfect cushion contours, accurate perspective adjustments through skewing, and comprehensive retouching to eliminate any surface imperfections on both the legs and the fabric. This methodical process ensured the final image accurately represents the stool's luxurious quality and intricate details, meeting the high standards expected for a premium product line.
